At Documaster we care – we care about the quality of our products, the experience of our customers and the quality of the relationships we build internally, as a team. We are 100 employees, spread across Norway, Sweden, and Bulgaria, fueled by mutual respect, trust, understanding and always being there to help each other.
Starting with just three pilot customers seven years ago, we managed to establish ourselves as one of the leading providers of document management products in Scandinavia, with more than 350 customers in various segments.
We strive to help both public organizations and private companies regain control over the ever-increasing volume of documentation they manage. While many other vendors develop business systems to support different business processes (HR, CRM, SCM, etc.), we focus solely on saving, tagging, and preserving the most valuable documents from such systems in a single place, following international standards and ensuring that the documents are easy to retrieve now and in the future. Several vendors have already integrated their business systems with Documaster using our open APIs:
We see a huge demand for connecting various systems to Documaster, and are now looking for an Integration Architect to manage and own these integrations.
As an Integration Architect, you will meet customers and vendors who want to develop standard integrations to push and/or retrieve data from Documaster via our APIs. You will gather and analyze their requirements, and offer and document technical integration solutions, ensuring that integrations are developed correctly (from a functional point of view) by the third party.
To be able to design robust solutions that scale well, you will have to get acquainted with our products and particularly with their architecture and APIs. You will work in close cooperation with technical teams and our Head of Partnerships, and help define product roadmaps together with Product Owners, focusing on features that facilitate standard integrations.
In summary, you will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of integrations: from gathering requirements, through proposing a solution, to ensuring together with our Delivery team that integrations are production ready on time.
You will be a good match for the job if you have a development background or have been in a solution architect or similar role. Having worked with both REST and SOAP APIs is a must, while experience with electronic document management is nice to have. English goes without saying, along with the ability to communicate freely with developers, product owners, and customers.
