Som leverandør svarer du papirløst, enkelt og sikkert på nettet.  Målsetningen med integrasjonen mellom TendSign og Documaster Arkiv er i første omgang å minimere det omfattende manuelle arbeidet med å arkivere anbud og kontrakt. En annen effekt er at man får standardisert måten arkivering utføres.  ### Se webinar ## Egenskaper Integrasjonen er bygget for å sikre seg en mest mulig automatisk overføring av dokumentasjon fra Mercell Tendsign til Documaster Arkiv.  Arkivering fra Mercell Tendsign utløses av følgende hendelser: - (KGV) Når faser av anskaffelsen avsluttes (det er fire faser totalt), arkiveres også dokumentasjon fra den gjeldende fasen  - (KGV) Når tildelingsbrev går ut og anskaffelsen avsluttes, arkiveres resterende dokumentasjon i anskaffelsen. - (KGV) Arkivering kan også utføres manuelt underveis.  - (KAV) For kontraktsforvaltningsdelen i Tendsign må arkiveringen utføres manuelt ved ferdigstilling av dokumenter. Titler på saksmapper,  journalposter og dokumenter følger med fra Tendsign. Dokumentene konverteres til PDF-A og overføres som *journalposter* til en *saksmappe *i Documaster Arkiv med *funksjon* og *kontraktspart* som klassifikasjon. Ved anskaffelse påføres kontraktspart etter at leverandør er valgt, deretter lukkes saksmappen og en ny opprettes med underskrevet kontrakt som første dokument og med samme klassifiseringer som anskaffelsessaken.   Mercell Tendsign arkiverer dokumenter under *journalposter* med *korrespondansepartnere* i *saksmapper *og kan derfor publisere* *på offentlig journal.  Integrasjonsmetode er gjennom Documaster API. Integrasjonen er for øyeblikket enveis og fagsystemet har ikke innsyn i arkivet.  Documaster Arkiv leveres som en skytjeneste hvor Documaster garanterer drift/lagring av data på norsk jord iht arkivloven. For at en kunde og Visma TendSign skal få tilgang til sin Documaster installasjon, må det eksplisitt åpnes for gitte IP-adresser (IP white-listing).
