Up & Running with Documaster
Take your document portfolio from Chaos to Control
So you have all these documents important to your business, and you discovered Documaster. But how do you get up and running with Documaster? In this summary, we describe our standardized onboarding process through which we run all our customers to ensure that you will get the control that you need and to get the maximum out of the knowledge burried within the document portfolio.
Step 1: Sign up
Once you have decided to run with Documaster, you get in touch and sign up for our service. We will collect basic information about your company and create your Documaster account.
Step 2: Onboarding workshop
Upon signing up we will contact you to arrange a workshop to get you started with Documaster. In this workshop we will go through:
- Your contact persons in Documaster. They will help you all the way, with everything you need and answer all your questions.
- A list of key activities that needs to be completed in order to get you up and running with Documaster. This typically includes
- Connecting your Microsoft 365 environment to Documaster so you can send documents directly to Documaster from Outlook and SharePoint.
- User access and connecting your Azure AD or other identity provider to Documaster, so you get seamless single sign-on to access Documaster.
- Connecting your e-signature solution to Documaster if you're using one.
- A walk-through of your existing documents and how to organize them in Documaster.
- How to move your documents into Documaster.
In this workshop we agree on next activities, such as quality assurance before launch, training and the need for regular status meetings.
Step 3: Homework
After the first workshop there is a set of activities that you need to complete at home. This typically includes installation of Microsoft 365 addin, internal workshops to organize documents and to move your documents into Documaster.
Step 4: QA with Documaster
When all activities are completed, we walk through your Documaster account for a quality assurance to ensure that you will get the maximum out of your document portfolio.
