Main Capital Partners acquires Documaster

Documaster today announces that Main Capital Partners has become the new majority shareholder in the company. Main is a leading European investor focused on software companies and will act as a strategic partner for Documaster in the next phase of its growth journey. With strong experience in scaling and internationalizing B2B SaaS companies, Main will support Documaster in strengthening its position in the Nordics and expanding further.

Main Capital Partners has over 20 years of experience in developing profitable and sustainable software companies and manages approximately EUR 6 billion in assets. Their presence in the Benelux, DACH region, Nordics, and the USA provides access to a broad international network and unique cross-market expertise. With Main as an owner, Documaster will gain access to the resources and capabilities needed to realize its ambitions for further growth – both organically and through strategic acquisitions.
